This was a commissioned sculpture of a laughing kookaburra perched on a tree stump (stand) in 1:24 scale.
The bird is made from polymer clay and covered with molted duck feathers. His eyes are made out of Onyx.
Height of bird - 1.9cm
overall height of bird and stand - 5.6cm

Yes, I use polymer clay to make the sculpture and I put feathers on the body to make them look more realistic.
