The Grimalkin is known as a protector of witches and is depicted as being an old or fearsome looking cat.

Some say that it is also known as a protector of the fae or faery folk and is therefore known as a faery cat that dwells in the moors and highlands.

Unfortunately due to superstitions; men and women who owned cats in general were condemned in the past as practitioners of evil or for being witches themselves.

In reality many witches were simply advisors and herbalists that would be regarded as the equivalent of a pharmacist today.

Amaranth - Baby Dragon by AnyaStone
Amaranth - Baby Dragon

A polymer clay sculpture of a baby dragon 2.4cm high from the base to the tip of his snout.
His eyes are made from black glass and he's sitting on a small piece of crackle quartz cluster.
Work in stages
Miniature Baby dragon Commission (1:12th scale).
This is how he is looking so far.
Dragon6 by AnyaStone
The body is made out of polymer clay apart from the glass eyes.
With the sculpture being so small the wings are being made separately and will be attached to the dragon later once they are finished. hiro icon

Hi, thank you.  I make my sculptures for individuals/ collectors. Sometimes people want their own pets making so the sculptures can be quite personal to them. I haven't made anything for companies yet.
